Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues efficiently.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure 99.9% system uptime and reliability.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new software tools.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred).
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in Information Technology.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users clearly.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle may be required for onsite support.
