Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows/macOS, network connectivity, and cloud applications.
- Deploy and configure desktop/laptop systems with standardized imaging tools.
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles for team reference.
- Assist with security audits and compliance initiatives under supervision.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance system efficiency.
- Complete vendor certification training (CompTIA, Microsoft) during onboarding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications (A+, Google IT Support) preferred.
