Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Deploy and configure hardware (laptops, monitors, peripherals) and software applications
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset inventory in ticketing systems
- Participate in paid training modules covering networking, security, and cloud fundamentals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain compliance with company security policies and procedures
- Support office technology infrastructure including AV equipment and network connectivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (A+, Network+)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts
