Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Document technical issues and solutions in ITSM systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects
- Participate in continuous training sessions to advance technical skills
- Maintain security protocols and compliance standards
- Support office technology setups and AV equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS and networking fundamentals
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
