Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows).
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware, software updates, and security patches.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and procedures in the IT ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to troubleshoot complex network and software issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (we provide tuition reimbursement).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
