Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues including Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and network connectivity
- Document incident reports and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Assist with onboarding new users and configuring digital workstations
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct routine system maintenance and security updates
- Participate in cross-departmental projects for process improvement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 6+ months of customer service or technical support experience
- Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP concepts)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote setting
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent knowledge (a plus)
