Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting to employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve common network connectivity issues and printer malfunctions.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all technical support tickets in the system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Assist with the setup of new employee workstations and onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite is preferred.
