Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues (Windows, macOS, Office 365).
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals.
- Manage and update IT asset inventory and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new software solutions.
- Ensure data security and privacy standards are maintained across all workstations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain industry certifications (we support this).
