Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and resolve connectivity issues.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions to maintain knowledge base accuracy.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement system upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office Suite is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Willingness to obtain required security certifications during employment.
