Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and track IT help desk tickets and service requests efficiently.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system vulnerabilities and implement security protocols.
- Conduct routine system checks and software updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal employees.
- Document technical procedures and assist in creating user guides for new technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites within the Phoenix metro area.
- Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and staying current with industry trends.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
