Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for internal clients.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in the setup of local area networks (LANs) and wireless networks.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Monitor system performance and report technical problems to senior staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
