Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain hardware/software systems across client environments
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support via phone, chat, and remote access
- Document IT infrastructure changes and incident reports
- Collaborate with senior engineers on network optimization projects
- Execute security protocols and vulnerability assessments
- Participate in cloud migration and DevOps initiatives
- Train end-users on new technology implementations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and troubleshooting aptitude
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn complex systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain during training)
