Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone and remote assistance
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals
- Document incidents, resolutions, and asset configurations in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical problems
- Monitor network performance and security protocols during shift hours
- Participate in cross-functional team projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
