Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory
- Document technical issues and solutions using ITSM software (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Assist with network infrastructure monitoring and basic maintenance tasks
- Train end-users on new software deployments and company systems
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve escalated technical challenges
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
