Responsibilities
- Delve into hands-on IT training covering network administration, security protocols, and cloud technologies
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for diverse client needs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS troubleshooting and peripheral connectivity
- Document all technical procedures and client interactions in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network solutions and security best practices
- Participate in ongoing skill development through quarterly upskilling sessions
- Support system upgrades, migrations, and maintenance projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+ certification or college degree preferred but not required
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
