Responsibilities

- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations
- Assist with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Document SOPs in ITSM system

- Participate in 40 hours/month training
- Support hardware/software lifecycle management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
