Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols within the Active Directory environment.
- Monitor system performance and report potential issues to senior IT staff.
- Perform routine software updates and patch management.
- Collaborate with the team to document technical processes and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 25 lbs) as needed.
- Eagerness to obtain IT certifications (CompTIA A+ preferred but not required).
