Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and user inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism.
- Manage inventory of IT assets, including laptops, printers, and accessories.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement system upgrades and security patches.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to improve support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office 365 is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
