- Document all incoming technical issues and resolutions in our centralized ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to learn advanced troubleshooting methodologies and best practices.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including server rooms and common areas.
- Conduct regular health checks and updates on company devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated with the latest technology trends and internal protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- A strong, demonstrable enthusiasm for learning new technologies and a desire to build a career in IT.
