Responsibilities
- Receive structured, hands-on training on troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assist customers and colleagues with daily technical inquiries via ticketing systems.
- Learn to install, configure, and maintain computer workstations and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to senior staff.
- Document all support activities and maintain accurate records of technical interactions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and technical workshops to enhance skill sets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems.
- A strong desire to learn and a positive attitude toward technical problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (Monday – Friday).
- Reliable transportation is required for on-site team meetings.
