Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues including printers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our internal knowledge base.
- Assist senior technicians with network maintenance and system updates.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees on company software tools.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and IT equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus, but we will teach you the rest.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the IT field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our El Paso office.
