Responsibilities
- Complete 4-week paid IT certification training program
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to enterprise clients
- Diagnose hardware/software issues via ticketing systems
- Document troubleshooting procedures in knowledge base
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex cases
- Participate in monthly skills workshops
- Support network infrastructure monitoring tasks
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs)
Qualifications
- No technical experience required!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy (Windows, Office Suite)
