Responsibilities
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for internal clients and customers.
- Document technical support tickets and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and basic network configurations.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff and clients.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve escalated technical issues.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Basic computer literacy with a strong understanding of operating systems (Windows/Mac).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and complete training programs.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
