Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the configuration and maintenance of local area networks (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform regular system updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new software solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to obtain industry-recognized certifications (we support training costs).
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
