Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing top-tier technical support to our clients.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for end-users in a remote and office setting.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, resolutions, and technical issues in our CRM system.
- Training Support: Assist in the onboarding of new team members by sharing best practices and troubleshooting knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Identify recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to help streamline our support workflows.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on network systems and report any anomalies to senior IT staff immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
