Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support to internal employees via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software for new hires.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and issues in our ticketing system.
- Perform routine hardware inventory checks and asset management.
- Identify and troubleshoot common software issues and network connectivity problems.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Required.

- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating Windows and Mac operating systems.
