Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for internal employees.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and system logs.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely technical support.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to deploy software updates and patches.
- Monitor network performance and ensure secure access for all users.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
