Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person troubleshooting.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Set up and configure network printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
- Monitor network performance and assist in identifying potential security vulnerabilities.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular software updates and patch management to ensure system stability.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain IT certifications and complete mandatory training programs.
- Reliable transportation for on-site client support when required.
