Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and software applications.
- Maintain accurate records of IT tickets and incidents in our support system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and data protection protocols.
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on office equipment to prevent downtime.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications (we provide the training).
- A valid driver's license is preferred for occasional off-site support.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evening or weekend shifts if needed.
