Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Manage and track support tickets using our ticketing system (Zendesk/Salesforce).
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and deployment of new workstations and peripherals.
- Conduct routine system maintenance and backups to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify trends and improve support processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is a plus.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and obtain industry certifications.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and office software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
