Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone and email for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and network devices.
- Manage and track IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and security patching.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate logs of support activities.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; technical certifications (A+) are a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows and Office Suite.
- Strong desire to learn new technologies and willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Reliable transportation is required for occasional site visits.
