Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and the migration of existing systems.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions in the helpdesk ticketing system.
- Monitor network performance and respond to alerts to ensure system availability.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or certification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components, operating systems, and networking concepts.
