Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist employees with basic computer configuration, printer setup, and network connectivity.
- Log and track IT tickets in our support ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and peripherals.
- Onboard new employees by setting up their workstations and accounts.
- Conduct basic training sessions on company software tools.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of how computers, printers, and networks operate (willingness to learn is key).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
