Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.
- Monitor system performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical applications.
- Perform routine backups and data recovery procedures.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the team to upgrade hardware and software as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's degree preferred).
- Familiarity with basic computer operations and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to lift and carry computer equipment up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and obtain certifications.
- Reliable transportation and availability for occasional on-site support.
