Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting & Support: Assist users with hardware and software issues, including printer setup, Wi-Fi connectivity, and operating system errors.
- Technical Assistance: Respond to incoming support tickets via phone and email, providing timely and effective solutions.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including software updates, security patches, and virus scans on client systems.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional manner, ensuring high satisfaction and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in our ticketing system.
- Hardware Deployment: Assist in the setup and configuration of new workstations and peripherals for new employees.
Qualifications
