Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Perform routine server maintenance and monitor system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document technical procedures, issues, and solutions in the company knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement new features and optimize existing code.
- Conduct software installations, updates, and security patches across the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript concepts is a plus.
- Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation.
