Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of desktop environments and network infrastructure.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to develop, test, and debug code solutions.
- Monitor system performance and respond to technical alerts in a timely manner.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or SQL is a strong plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotation.
