Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Assist with network setup, connectivity issues, and printer configuration.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems (Windows/macOS).
