Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to internal employees via phone and email.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and peripherals.
- Log and track help desk tickets using our ticketing system (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Perform routine network troubleshooting and software updates.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+) are a plus but not required.
