Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Deploy and configure Windows workstations, laptops, and peripherals
- Manage Active Directory accounts, permissions, and group policies
- Monitor and maintain network security protocols and firewalls
- Document IT procedures, incidents, and solutions in ServiceNow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field OR equivalent experience
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service aptitude
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- Valid Florida driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) a plus
