Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to employees and clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets in our support ticketing system.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and networks.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions accurately.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement software updates and security patches.
- Monitor system performance and alert the team to potential hardware failures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues logically.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with non-technical users.

- Reliable transportation for occasional on-site client visits within the Indianapolis metro area.
