Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new IT assets and software updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the help desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Maintain a clean and organized server room and workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Basic understanding of computer operations, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and hardware components.
- Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment up to 50lbs.
- CompTIA A+ certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.
