Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone and email.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist in network monitoring and perform basic server maintenance tasks under supervision.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement best practices and improve system efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all IT assets, configurations, and incident reports.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and obtain industry-recognized certifications (we provide tuition reimbursement).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
