- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software solutions and security protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance and inventory management of IT assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and internet navigation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications within 12 months of hire.
