Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshooting for employees experiencing hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and network peripherals.
- Assist in the deployment of new devices and software updates across the organization.
- Monitor system performance and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to identify and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and network concepts.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely (if applicable).
