Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and in-person
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity and security protocols
- Document IT processes, incidents, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Support software deployments, updates, and license management
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure projects
- Train employees on cybersecurity best practices and IT policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in server environments
- CompTIA A+ certification a plus
- Valid California driver's license required
