Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers) and software applications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all help desk tickets and incidents.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Collaborate with the senior engineering team to identify technical trends and process improvements.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with company IT policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Linux operating systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
