Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, email, and chat
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops/laptops in Windows/macOS environments
- Document all support cases in ticketing systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with senior engineers on complex network security protocols
- Conduct user training sessions on productivity tools like Office 365
- Assist with asset management and inventory control procedures
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Basic knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Customer service experience with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in standing/walking positions
- Valid Colorado driver's license for occasional client site visits
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
