Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of desktop environments.
- Monitor system performance and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to maintain a secure and efficient network infrastructure.
- Conduct user training sessions on new software applications and security protocols.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates and backups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
