Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Document all technical support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and devices.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate complex issues.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
